Murray Einarson has a B.A. in geology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a M.Sc. in hydrogeology from the University of Waterloo, where he studied under Prof. John Cherry. Mr. Einarson has 30 years of experience as an environmental consultant and groundwater researcher, and is a Certified Hydrogeologist in California. His professional interests focus on developing and promoting superior methods and technologies for environmental site characterization and in situ remediation. He is a pioneer in the development and application of High Resolution Site Characterization (HRSC) and has co-authored industry and regulatory guidance documents on this subject. In honor of his many accomplishments in the field of contaminant hydrogeology and groundwater protection, the National Ground Water Association (NGWA) awarded Mr. Einarson its Ground Water Technology Award in 2009. Mr. Einarson is currently a Director of the California Groundwater Resources Association GRA).
